Tracking Page v3: what it is, its features and limitations
The tracking page includes all the relevant booking information. On this page, the client can consult the booking details, reschedule and/or cancel the appointment (depending on business settings), book a new appointment, etc. A link to the tracking page is included in most client email notifications (see here for standard client notifications)
To activate tracking page v3, please contact your Booxi account manager.
Here is all the relevant information linked to TPV3:
- It is ADA AA compliant.
- It inherits the Book Now v3 custom style, ensuring a consistent look and feel.
- Currently, only available for Enterprise accounts.
- Currently available for merchants that are part of a merchant group.
- Booking modification is possible through the Book Now widget v3 with some limitations: multi-service appointments and appointments whose time selection mode is set to “Display without availability check” cannot be edited.
General information
- TPv3 is accessible from booking notification emails; any emails generated before the TPv3 activation will continue to redirect to Tracking Page v2.
- Tracking page v3 presents the usual information about your store, including booking status and booking details (i.e. date/time, services, associated staff and booking address).
- Client actions (i.e. confirming/modifying/canceling bookings) and appointment video conference links are displayed on the right of the page. On mobile devices, client actions are displayed after the booking details section.
Your business picture (“My Business” tab) and service pictures (“Services” tab) are displayed in the tracking page.
